This presentation will focus on the need to develop a digital strategy for the museum and how to do that, hopefully give some useful pointers. Once you have that digital strategy apply it very strictly to all digital project ideas. Choose strategic values wisely. It will include some market intelligence to illustrate the digital world of today (trends) and how cultural heritage institutions can adapt to this. Which strong points can we use?
